Am I being rused? what all white jury? Two autopsies were performed on the body, one of which was done by the special request of the Michael Brown family. Over 50 witnesses were called to testify to the grand jury, and of which many African American witnesses had eye accounts that was in line with the physical evidence. Everything was dumped on the table for the grand jury. Are you implying Michael Brown's own family rigged the evidence to protect Darren Wilson?
I'm implying that the police officer didn't have to gun down anyone. He put himself in that position when he didn't have to. No big deal though... He's black and people will always search out excuses and or justification when a black person is shot by the police even if the police officer was in the wrong. That's just how it is.

This is a first look at Wilson’s account of what happened in the Aug. 9 shooting, detailed in more than 100 pages of testimony revealed Monday after a grand jury did not indict the officer in Brown’s death. Brown never put his hands up in surrender, the officer told grand jurors investigating the case. But he did make a fist with his left hand — and reached under his shirt to his waistband with his right — while rushing at Wilson, according to the officer. “I shoot a series of shots,” Wilson said. “I don't know how many I shot; I just know I shot it.” But Brown kept coming, he said. “It looked like he was almost bulking up to run through the shots, like it was making him mad that I’m shooting at him,” Wilson told the grand jury on Sept. 16, five weeks after the controversial shooting. On Monday, St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch took the unusual step of releasing volumes of testimony, photos and other evidence after a three-month grand jury probe resulted in no criminal charges. I think Wilson should have called for backup. I've been in bad neighborhoods before. And I never once seen a police officer roll up on people by himself unless it was a situation to protect someone. Other than that _ they usually wait for backup if they're by themselves. At least the smart ones do... But like I said. It's a black kid and the majority doesn't give a 5h1t. Just look at you. I'll try to keep it exciting. I only block out the very worst, I think I only have 2 or 3 on my ignore list. I feel as though even though some people have a laughably misguided world view, they could still post something of value at some point.
He did. A support car arrived within moments of the shooting ending. Not sure what people want. Police should call for backup and potentially let suspects just leave?
I don't think having the incident on video would stop the lynch mob, they want blood, they don't care about what actually happened. If they did, the evidence that has been released already would have made them stop. This is such an obvious "good shooting" that in most cases there wouldn't have even been a grand jury, that was just an effort to appease the lynch mob.
First, he is an adult. Second, you speak about "putting oneself in the situation" and only apply that logic to the officer. How about the "kid" who is a criminal who assaults innocent store owners? He didn't "put himself in the situation"?
Oh trust me I am... But he could have been easily detained with a couple of more police officers and some good ol police brutality. Brown would be alive and well and Officer Wilson wouldn't be being put through the ringer and none of this would be going on.
So now the police position should be to use three police officers for every stop? Otherwise they are putting themselves in a bad position and should go to jail if it goes south?
