    To be fair, even after two losses in a row (against two top 10 defensive teams), the Mavs still lead the league in ORtg by a wide margin.

    Their record against teams over .500 is 2-4 and surrendered almost 103 points per game in those 4 losses.

    True, their defense is mediocre at best. That's why I don't think they will go far in the playoffs. But we are talking about their offense. I see them as the old Golden State Warriors, with high power offense but couldn't win big.

    they really should add a garbage time filter to these ratings, they get polluted by third stringers.

    In Lowe's defense, the original title was "Mavs Straight Murder-Suiciding," but the editors thought it was too edgy.
