Of course racism exists....and it's represented by members of every race. That said, some stupid world view that one race is out to get another race is in itself racism, I'd hope you'd realize that. The system isn't out to get anyone in particular, in this case a dumb kid robbed a store then attacked a cop and got himself shot, that's not the system, that's just a stupid person. You can probably find small examples of racism, but in general that's just not how things work now. The rhetoric to the contrary needs to go back to an age when it was appropriate because it's borderline racism itself today.

The "racism" that you describe here doesn't really lead to any dire consequences. There is a major difference in magnitude. 10% of Asian Americans can decide to hate Hispanics, what can they do? There is no impact. The type of racism that I am talking about applies only to the majority race in each nation/city/state. You think this is my personal crusade against only white people? I know full well that other countries (ex Asia) can be very racist towards their minorities. I'd criticize those companies too if I lived there.
That's a pretty simple way of looking at things. All racism is bad racism. The system isn't out to get anyone that follows the rules of the system. I really shouldn't have to say these things.
And what I am saying which you have not understood yet is that people who don't follow the rules of the system should be dealt with equally, no matter what race they are.

I think we all understand rule of law. The law was via a grand jury that just gave their decision. The investigation was federally supervised.
That is kind of interesting, I didn't think about it till you said that, but there hasn't been any fire fighters trying to put them out. I guess maybe they are worried that the idiots that are setting the fires would attack them so they aren't even sending them.

Fire Departments typically won't go to a scene that isn't secure, and I would say that the places these cars are on fire are not secure.
