There's plenty of proof of unfair treatment by cops against african americans, just search Google. Either way, if you can spend some time looking up proof that white people DON'T get privileged treatment by cops then I would love to take an honest look at it.

How does my claim defy logic anymore than saying that blacks are treated equally in the justice system?

Racism is a proven fact and has existed for centuries. If anything, my claim is closer to reality than this perfect utopian justice system.

 

Thinking that the system is out to get one race in particular just isn't realistic. A lot of people whine and blame others when they screw up and have to face consequences, but it's not the system's fault, it's their fault.

 

You claimed stats don't back this up and then didn't provide any of these stats. This statement is very logical, your claim isn't.

I said I THINK that it is the case that a black person attacking an officer would be more likely to get shot. It would make sense based on other mistreatment of blacks or privileged treatment of whites systematically in America.
