Same! After the Texans game I fell asleep and woke up 18 hours later, I feel like death! Just in time for Thanksgiving break too

At least you guys didn't inject less poison into your bloodstream than you breath in through an open window every day on the east loop. There's the silver lining.

Everyone's getting sick at work. Don't touch anything and if u have to, immodestly use hand sanitizer. Also, sanitize your desk every day.
A sivk employee can infect up to half the office.
IF YOU ARE SICK, DONT BE AN ******* AND STAY HOME !!!

There is a difference between being sick and having the flu, for those that dont know. A lot of my employees got sick and seems like something was going around, but it wasnt the flu that they had.

As a 27 year old active adult that's a bit OCD about clean hands, I opt to forego the yearly flu shot. Last time I got one was about 6 years ago and I felt wonky all winter.

A co-worker of mine refuses to get the yearly flu vaccine saying it can cause autism. I politely told her that she is an idiot and that you can only get autism from vaccines in childhood and not in adulthood. This flu vaccine causing autism debunking has been thoroughly written about in the British medical journal, The Lancet.

This right here was the funniest part of flu season to me:

Employee on Monday: I have the flu, I'll be out a few days

Me: Have you been to the doctor?

    No.

Stay home, go to the doctor Mon/Tues, then we'll talk.

Person shows up on Wednesday looking fine.

My throat was a bit sore the past couple of days. I thought I was getting sick but I think I just strained it from yelling at dumbass Houston drivers.

This used to be me. This year I wasn't so lucky. Took me two weeks to fully recover. Was bedridden for three days.

There is such a small amount of the dangerous ingredients in a 0.5 ml flu shot that it won't make a difference for someone who get a shot yearly.

If you are really concerned about thimerosal, get the single dose shot, it doesn't have the ingredient. There are also formulations without formaldehyde (BTW your body makes way more formaldehyde than any flu shot will provide)
