I am still somewhat confused. I was listening to the DA with a few interruptions. Did I understand correctly that forensics verified that there were no shots to Brown's back. That all the shots were frontal. Is that correct? Because a fundamental rule is that you can't shoot a fleeing felon and if that were the case, Wilson should have been indicted. If not, then it's self defense. Although I wish he had returned to his squad car and locked the doors and called for help or even left the scene temporarily or some combination of those actions.

GWB's policies nearly bankrupted the country, helped to wipe out most of the middle class and his military adventures cost over a trillion dollars, the lives of I believe 4500 servicemen and managed to embroil us in what looks to be a neverending conflict in the Middle East. Other than that GWB was a great guy. You must have missed those pictures of Obama as Hitler & Michelle as a chimpanzee when the gun nuts were walking around screaming that Obama would "gut" the second amendment.

So while he's being attacked, he should have just....no wait, are you an idiot? I would like to see you in that situation, with someone damn near twice your size coming at you like a banshee.

You don't have to be so rude and call names. I would want to avoid shooting an unarmed person if possible. I don't know if this was close quarters or if the officer was a distance away and could have taken shelter until help arrived. I was actually in such a situation. When I saw that the assailant was not armed I laid my firearm down. He then turned and fled the scene. What if he had kept coming? I don't know. These incidents happen in seconds.

Missouri law allows for a policeman to shoot a fleeing suspect. My take on what the DA said is that he and the grand jury basically told the eyewitnesses that they didn't see what they saw. It's as if he decided that only "certain" eyewitnesses were credible.

THEIR TESTIMONY DIDN'T MATCH UP WITH THE EVIDENCE. Another words, Brown didn't have holes in his back. The blood on the ground was consistent with him running back toward the officer. You did pay attention right?

It hasn't killed the 10 people in my church who were finally able to get health insurance for their children who had pre-existing medical conditions.

How many people weren't able to "keep their doctor if they liked their doctor?" How many people lost their insurance? How many people don't have as good of coverage as they once did? How many people have higher premiums?

Why yes I did. The family's autopsy said otherwise. Plus, in order to accept this "narrative" I'd have to believe that a guy who was already shot and was running away and was shot again would stop, turn and charge the guy shooting at him. Sorry, I don't buy it but it does fit the "narrative" of the crazed black buck I used to hear back in the days of Herman Short.

I feel bad for the innocent folks caught up in the mess, but I like it. It lets the world know how stupid those people actually are.

None, they couldn't get nor afford health insurance before.

Me. I lost my insurance when my company went under in 2010.

Not me. I actually have insurance for my son now. But I do have a "higher" premium as I now have one.

Gotta go now. Someone just fired a shotgun in front of my house. I wonder if the police will show up in riot gear here too?
