Na.....those facts....lol. A White defense attorney was saying on TV he thought the whole process was a joke. He knew the Prosecutors where trying for a no bill. The DA can frame a grand jury however they want......and it was framed for this decision.

What is there for him to say? Is he going to come out and support the cop OR is he going to put more fuel on the fire?

    Crazy.

Although when the top gangbanger in your state is Warren Jeffs, or one of his descendants, is this to be expected?

After watching tonight's developments, I'm fine with the decision not to indict Wilson. Wilson appeared to act within his training, many witnesses inconsistent with the evidence, Brown advanced towards Wilson in what Wilson probably considered a threatening move.

I never got the impression that there was anything racist about this confrontation and shooting.

I'm also glad that the prosecutor directly called out the media.

Sadly, I don't think the Ferguson crowd's going to listen to the Brown family or Obama to be peaceful. It's going to be violent tonight, people are going to react emotionally. Just now hearing that gunshots have been fired :( Typical mob mentality; a lot of them are probably out there simply because they like to break stuff and be part of the crowd.

Yea, Utah is a great example. It's like Chicago around there...

The OVERWHELMING majority of police shootings are justified. A police officer is the guy on scene who can take your liberty away. Generally, he or she is going to generate some force by his or her presence on the scene. Your comparison is pathetic.

Not so. Obama has been disrespected, insulted and vilified ever since taking office. In my lifetime, I have never seen a US President treated in such a manner. Even Richard Nixon who basically used the Constitution for toilet paper was treated better. What has come to pass says more about the inability of people in this country to understand and accept the fact that it's no longer 1955 and that ALL Americans matter.

Well, there goes the tear gas...

I know a lot of credible defense attorneys, LMAO

You probably still think the officer stood over the top of air-thief and executed him.

All these images of burning the American Flag. Cowardly and pathetic move, people defended and are defending this flag to give these pricks this right. Want to be mad at police? Go for it. Want to be mad at the Justice System? Fine. Hell, I am a cop and find my local DA's Office to be a joke. But burn the flag of the country that allows you to act like an ignorant *******? Sad.

Really wanna stick it to the U.S.? Send back that check that will be sent to you on the 1st or the 15th. That'll show 'em!

You missed the signs equating GWB with either Hitler or a chimpanzee for most of his eight years in office?

One thing I'll say is that I don't agree with Obama's choice to comment on these high-profile national cases. By doing so, he adds fuel to the fire by publicizing a highly controversial, polarizing story.

I can understand that he's trying to defuse the tension and call for peaceful protesting, but those people who aren't peacefully protesting aren't going to be rational and listen to the president anyway. I think him commenting on these stories does more harm than good and that he should keep his distance from these controversial cases.
