im not arguing against the math and stats because i didnt know the numbers were that bad. that seems really unfair because at most id expect to see 13%-20% of jailed people for drug crimes be black if they are 13% of users. ill have to look more into this because that's really strange (not gonna say racist yet). its possible that the 13% is too low. maybe more drug users are black than reported. how do they even count this sort of thing? my neighbor smokes crack behind closed doors and he has all sorts of people going in and out.
