Unless you're talking about a SIGN-and-trade, they won't be able to trade Beverley this summer. And with so many teams expected to have cap room, it's more likely that Beverley could just leave for nothing than that the Rockets could get something from another team this summer. But I do agree that it is by no means a forgone conclusion that Beverley will be back next year. Also, I think he'll get more than you do in free agency. Take a look at the contract Avery Bradley (a very similar player) just signed with Boston (4 years, $32 million). Hell, with the new TV deal now signed, Beverley might be able to get more than that!

Well, looks like the Rockets season could go down in flames before the year is over if what's implied is true.
he got suspended for the rest of the season in the NFL for disciplining his child. Many regarded him as the best RB in the NFL. Much like many regard Dwight as the best C in the NBA.
