Well I defended him when he first said he had inside information. I said we should give him the benefit of the doubt because he's been here for 15 years, so I assumed he was not a troll if he's been around here for so long. But now, it's obvious he isn't an insider. He's not even passing on information now whether true or not. He's trying to give clues and riddles without actually saying anything at all. He's playing people for fun.
He just just filling people with false hope just like those that pray for world peace every night before bed

If Plowman was a fake insider then Clutch would have shut down the operation a long time ago. Obviously Clutch is giving him the benefit of the doubt though. As we should.
Jeez, take it easy. Morey can negotiate but most teams don't budge on trades until they have a deadline looming. Why get all worked up in late November?
I'm not worked up. I'm just saying he's full of it. It's taken a turn to the ridiculous. There is a difference between somebody coming in and saying: "Hey guys, I have a legitimate source who says the Rockets are actively looking for a back-up PG and looking to trade so-and-so. That's what he tells me. Take it or leave it." and "IT'S GOING DOWN!! 10 days! Start the countdown. The third star is coming. But I can't say who. Just trust me. *Insert cryptic message*"

Goodness this insider stuff is beyond ridiculous now. I think everyone should just reset expectations on who and what these insiders are and can offer. I'm fairly certain these guys hear a rumor of a rumor (which granted is more than most of us hear) but it's still highly limited and "iffy" information. Actual journalist who do this for a living and have the connections have far more access and context for any possible breaking news. They're also journalistically responsible enough (for the most part) to not say anything until they have concrete information to publicize. They have reputation to create and protect. So IF you get some inside information here that hasn't been posted by legit news outlets, just consider it as a shadow of a whisper that was heard 3rd hand. There might be some truth and be thankful for even that. But by nature of the source and information take it with a HUGE grain of salt as it all is as likely to never come to fruition or just be false information. As long as you enjoy it as speculation and something of interest to discuss on a FAN INTERNET FORUM, then you won't get all bitter and angry when things don't work out. Reset expectations folks.....Woj doesn't have an account on here just to feed us his unfinished search for breaking news.

The problem with acquiring Teague for me is that, he is an upgrade on this roster, but to what ends? In this Rockets offense, is Teague really worth trading the Pelican's pick and Beverly? And trading for him goes against Morey's attempt at maintaining flexibility to upgrade the roster. I do think Beverly is going to get traded this off-season because his new contract will likely be somewhere around 18/3 yr contract or something which will also hamper future flexibility.
