I wonder if he ever got a DNA test to know that's really his son. From the moms looks/actions, I'm sure there's some debate on the issue.....
Some pretty despicable posts on here. It's one thing to troll. It's another thing for instance to besmirch parents whose son was killed in a flippant way. The anonymity of the Internet hides you - for now - since you know you lack the courage to sign that post with your real name. Hope you get your comeuppance soon.

It doesn't have to be proved, actually what has to be proved is that he didn't try to take the cop's gun and that he didn't assault the cop. You've got it backwards.
This is disturbingly true in Missouri. The way Missouri law reads, if a defendant who kills someone can make an even plausible claim to self defense or justification, the prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it is not true. Otherwise, a jury is instructed by law to find the defendant not guilty. Self defense/justification is not an affirmative defense in Missouri.
Dear god, please tell me this isn't true. 1) Kill someone, with no witnesses or recordings. 2) Claim self defense. 3) Walk. oh, and let's not forget 1a) Be white. No black person in Missouri is going to do 1 and 2 above, and result in 3.
That would work anywhere no matter what race you were. If you can kill someone with no witnesses or recordings and can plausibly claim self defense, you'll always walk....why would that surprise anyone?
