We lost to a Lakers team with Kobe chucking enough bricks to build a castle. Not to mention the horrible play of Boozer and Lin whom made it look like they've never seen a basketball in their life.

0-2 on Root Sports. Is it too late to black out the 50% of Houston?

McHale forgot Troy Daniels and Isaiah Canaan were on the court.

Yeah, depth needs work but the Rockets looked to me like they weren't taking the Lakers seriously. The Lakers fought and played to win and the Rockets didn't, simple as that. This game was totally winnable even without Dwight and Jones and they blew it.

The Rockets also are not yet a mentally tough team. They're talented but they get easily rattled and run away from their strengths when they face real pressure.

Why didn't McHale play Canaan. Not understanding his rotation at all.

    McHale:

We didn't get the looks we were looking for. Black missed layup, missed FTs. That happens. He was fightin' hard. He hadn't been in that position.

We had some good looks. We did a better job moving the ball for the most part, missed some shots, too many turnovers(that's becoming a real theme for us), we're just right now didn't have enough guys to step up and play well.

    Dwight?

    No idea.

    Enough bodies to rebound?

Not having him and Terrence hurts us, no question.

I'll bet I posted 4 or 5 times not to run the offense through Black. An absolute joke. The guy made a couple of plays on the night but overall, he is laughable. He doesn't belong on a D league roster let alone the Rockets. Throw Dorsey in there also. And Goober DMO has a yellow streak down his back a mile wide. Soft as a baby's butt. We need a 7 ft. goober shooting 15% from trey land jacking up treys like a hole in the head...yeah, he hit a couple tonight but check his overall %.
