I do want him fired right now. The ball winding up in Tarik Black's hands in the post with the team down 2 and the game on the line? McHale should be sh-tcanned for that alone. Not that that's his only F-up this game, but it's encapsulates how he's clueless and has no control over this team.
Does anyone know why Black was even in that offensive play? I mean he hasn't been getting offensive rebounds so it's not like that was the case. It's not like he called a play for Black, but even having him in gives them the last resort option to throw him the ball. And DMo is so much better of a last resort option in the post over Black.
With the relationship he has to the players, it's just not possible to be fired mid season. Even with better personnel, morey knows he can keep him on for the whole season. morey thinks he's too smart bringing up all this nbdl talent because their stats say they can produce the same as legit bigs... but they're exposed very quickly.

Morey does deserve a lot of heat too for putting the team in this position with Black and Dorsey as our backups for Howard and T-Jones(aside from D-Mo who's forced to start right now). And for bringing McHale back(although we don't know how much that was Les' call).
Well, after this year's first round exit, hopefully Mchale will finally be gone. McHale is a trash coach but a big part of the problem is Morey. A lot of the underlying issues of this currently flawed team have to start with Morey.
100% Mchale's fault he even had Black in on that play. Literally 0 point of Black being in on that play.
That's not what the stats say.. We just have nobody else. Prepare for the 30 pt loss to Dallas. Mchale will get this season then he's out hopefully.
