    With the recent rental increases of apartments in the inner loops, can the 30k millionaire survive? Will he have to make a choice between his leased 4 door 3 series and live in katy or drive a sentra and live in midtown?

    The 30k millionaires driving a 3 series are all over Dallas ... not so much Houston.

    30k millionaires were never much of a Houston thing. More Dallas. In Houston, we actually have jobs and make money.

    Could be a second job, but I guess that makes it worse. Don't know the situation though.

    They are just moving further west between Richmond and 10, from 610 to Eldridge basically. That whole section of Houston has been building up to accommodate all the 30kers getting priced out of the loop.
