Make mine 25. I forgot about West Virginia, and I've been twice. You're right, it is beautiful. It's probably the state that I was most surprised by its beauty. I really didn't expect it before I got there. The same with Western Pennsylvania.

On the contrary, Utah is one of the most breath-taking states I've visited. Granted, I have not been to the Northern part of the state, and as an agnostic, the mormonism "scares" me, but southern Utah is amazing. Zion National Park is one of the most jaw-dropping places I've ever been...and in addition to a number of countries, I've been to 31 states thus far: Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Connecticut, Hawaii, Utah I've had the fortune of visiting a lot of these states the only way you can truly see them all - road trips. I've taken road trips from Houston - Colorado, Houston - Philadelphia, Houston - Yellowstone, Houston - LA - San Francisco - Tahoe, Southern Georgia - North Carolina, DC - West Virginia, NYC - Boston which means, I've driven through large portions of most of the states on my list. And I still contend that southern Utah is almost on another level, beauty wise, though I'm pretty much a sucker for cool mountain areas and national parks.
Georgia North Carolina South Carolina (Born and raised) Florida Pennsylvania Tennessee Not many but oh well.
What became? It became 00moesfinalsrockettavernbound19girl, that's what. Either that, or some finalsbound as Lorena Bobitt scene. (*too late?)
Sirens are beautiful too, but you won't catch me leaving the ship. Seriously though, it is a beautiful land. Its unfortunate that it was populated with THOSE people.
I think about 31. I'm missing big chunks in the northern tier of states - Michigan, Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Washington State, Maine - as well as Hawaii and Alaska, but pretty much everything south of the Mason/Dixon and a ton on the east coast.
NECRO BUMP... but it's worth it: <a href="http://m.maploco.com/visited-states/mine.php?states=AL-AZ-CA-CT-DC-DE-FL-GA-HI-LA-MA-MD-MS-NC-NJ-NM-NV-NY-PA-RI-SC-TX-VA"><img src="http://cdn.funkyllama.net/visited-states/ml/AL-AZ-CA-CT-DC-DE-FL-GA-HI-LA-MA-MD-MS-NC-NJ-NM-NV-NY-PA-RI-SC-TX-VA.jpg" border=0><br>Create Your Own Visited States Map</a> I've visited all those. Boy, are northeastern states getting ignored, or what... ?

Wow I remember this thread. I've visited all 50 states since I last posted here. Only both the Dakotas were left, and I'm glad I went to South Dakota for the reasons Arkoe mentioned.
Texas Louisiana Florida New York Missouri Illinois Nevada Georgia Oklahoma California So 10. I have probably stepped foot in some states on my way to other states, but I don't remember.
