All this shows is that the rockets careless style of play on offense isn't going to get them very far in the playoffs.

Every missed 3, layup, or turnover Memphis turns into 2 points.

 

Early leads never hold, unfortunately the Rockets playing lazy tonight.

I think they will make a strong push in the 3rd, then Terry will get PG minutes and rush the offense like he did before. That was the BIG issue with the game.

Terry came in at back up Point and rushed his passes and the offense. He's never been a point. When we were playing slower we were doing better.

 

Feels like we are trailing by 40.

 

OK. Time to prep for the second half comeback! Where is Kenny Smith when you need him?

 

They also put together the team who has won 9 of its first 10 games, so what's your point?

 

They do look terrible but geeeez the majority of people on here overreact so bad to one game...one HALF.

Bickerstaff: We've been careless. They're a good defensive team so you give them a little credit. Cross-court passes, not sure with the ball, gotta clean it up.

Gotta be better on both ends. Early in the game, we had good flow but got stagnant and slowed down. Gotta pick our energy up

It's customary for the Rockets to implode after they get a little bit of shine from the media. I kind of expected this after being #1 in a couple power rankings...

What I wanna know is... why is Dwight not setting any ball screens at the top of the key for Harden?

Rockets are in a shooting slump, coming off a hard fought game in OKC, missing Jones (thus have to play Donuts), and generally struggle against Memphis.

It's quite OK!

 

what is lebron doing? him and irving and love are losers! their coach is clearly a failure and their GM's philosophy is soooooo flawed!!

 

It's not jut one game. The Rockets gimmick offense has struggled for 3-4 games in a row now.

Seems like NBA defenses have figured a way to stop the Rox and we all know McHale is incapable of making adjustments

 

Yeah he was definitely a negative in the first half

 

But that's just it... it's not just one game.

We've been seeing this downward trend for 5 games now -- against lesser competition. FG% and 3PT% has been a joke lately.

What adjustments have been made?

1) Bench Canaan, (2) play Terry/Pap more min, (3) bring Cisco & Black off the bench.

Oh yeah... (3) post up Dwight more, (4) ISO Harden, (5) and MOAR THREEEZ!!!

 

Cleveland sucks. Lebron is overrated. Terrible coach. Terrible GM. They had a ****ty offseason. Championship contenders don't lose to the Nuggets on their home court. Kevin Love sucks. Fire everyone.

 

With Harden and Howard playing poorly, this team will get blown out the majority of the time.

We just do not have the depth that teams like Memphis do.
