I seriously doubt any of these gals knows a lick about basketball so they were probably cheering for him the entire game anyways lol

PS. Carl Harerra. You are trying too hard bro. Just stop.

This guy just need to hit reset button and get sent to D-League. He needs to be reminded how lucky he is for getting paid 15 M a year to play basketball, and how he was just a few days away from getting cut by Knicks for the final time and out of the league forever, just 3 years ago.

And he need to realize how foolish he was for not improving his game significantly for the past two summers. and get humiliated again and again in his contract year. He will never even earn even a faction of that 15 M, and it is all on him. SMH.

Chicago Bulls seems to be a good place for the PG turnaround. Augustin and Nate Robinson both did it there. Aaron Brooks looks to do it, too. Minutes available with Rose sitting. Good defenders all around to help if you are a minus on D. Their other guys also fill a role on offense-- passer, rebounder, shooter, etc. Smart coach, too.

This Lakers team are just a putrid situation for all involved.

Just send Lin to the D-League imo.

I would LOVE to watch Tom's reaction when Lin goes into his TO mode.

The Clippers would be the ideal team for Lin. Their backup PGs are allowed to dominate the ball when CP3 sits.

Lin's game is too limited to have an ideal situation unless it's the D League or the two week fluke in NYC.

The guy needs to find a way to fit in with others. No team should ever be built around Lin, not even a lottery team. He just isn't good enough for that.

And so... Lin's spiral into obscurity continues.

Sadly the Rockets are better off without him.

    Its happenin'.....

....as in Lin crazies' worst nightmare.

Its not the loss that they are worried about. But the fact that Kobe is taking all those shots that they want Lin to take.

It's not about money, even at the min salary, he's not a guy you want holding the ball. Blake, sessions, ridnour, barea all these other backups are reliable at what little they do and that's why they get contracts. Lotta cld a shld a with this guy but he's not smart enough to figure out his niche.

I just don’t understand why Lin refuses to shoot bad shots. We’re talking about a team where Boozer and Hill all get 10+ shots consistently. I mean, does he really care that much about his efficiency? Just get a first step and shoot a mid-ranged J. It’s a low percentage shot, but it’s not as if anything else is high percentage either. An inefficient scorer on the Lakers will get Lin a decent contract next year. Teams will overpay him a bit to be something like a Brandon Knight on the Bucks role last year. But he’s going to be looking at minimum contracts the way he’s progressing.

Lin needs to use that Harvard brain of his to understand that inefficient high quantity > efficient low quantity.

Lin is too beta to chuck up shots. Kobe is in pure chucker mode. I don't think Lin is the one to ignore what's best for the team to promote his own self, even if it'll get him a bigger spotlight, good or bad.

But, at this rate, everyone on the Lakers will be out for themselves. Kobe is leading the team with that mentality.

Dude could get another contract, but he may very well choose to walk away from basketball for a while after a few more nights like tonight. He sure as hell won't be paid like a starter.

If he's smart he'll wait till MDA gets hired by a team and sign with them. Otherwise his career is up in smoke

I noticed that Bryon Scott didn't play Lin in the fourth. He is probably sending a message to Lin that if he wants his points, he got to get them when the game is on the line, not during garbage time. Lin has been stat padding during garbage time in the last couple of games prior to this Warrior's game.

    Lin post game interview:

"If I go into a game concerned about myself, then in some ways thats detrimental to the team.
Now, If my mindset is to go out and be aggressive and make the best plays for the team, whether it's me scoring or someone else, then thats great. Communication, Trust, and Effort"
