y'all act like he's having a bad game but he shot the ball twice. Hard to get many points out of 2 FGA.
no dude, byron scott is a huge racist. I met him when he was coaching the Hornets. Just look at his racist face. Spoiler

what point is he trying to make?? i mean yeah his team sucks, but a large part of why it sucks is because he took all their cap room with a ridiculous contract
Yea the team is horrible but if Kobe has the flu why is he even playing. If i was him i'd sit in the corner and let the team do its own thing.
since you keep bringing it up, that's essentially what i've been saying since their demise in 2011, starting with the collapse against Dallas in the playoffs
They actually has some rim protection in Bynum, Pau (somewhat) and Dwight that one year. This Hill-Boozer frontline is just especially weak in rim protection. Not only are they undersized, they are way too often just not even there for the help.
what the hell is Andre Bynum up to?? Lakers are fine tanking with kobe scoring his points and getting a top 3 pick. Lin's contract actually helps them hit the minimum cap. next year they'll have a top 3 pick, cap space to sign 2 max players (Who will be tricked into thinking kobe will retire and give up the ball), so i don't think their fans are going to be down for too long
this summer their roster will consist of Jordan Clarkson, Ryan Kelly, Robert Sacre, Julius Randle, Nick Young, and Kobe Bryant

oh yeah? who are those two max players this summer? rondo and marc gasol? tough to see marc going there after how they treated pau. memphis can offer more money and nyk can actually offer a better system for his skill set and a better chance at the playoffs. its also tough to see rondo and kobe coexisting. i don't think anyone notable signs there next summer. top 3 pick? sure, randle comes back? great. they'll miss the playoffs again.
Passing up Jordan then what? He already has the most attempts and misses in NBA history. Its not like its going to make everybody proud. Its not making him better than Jordan. When he's gone nobody is gonna say I wish Kobe was still here.
Kobe is the most overrated player of all time. In the 3 plus seasons without the best front court in the NBA, he's won less than half of those games overall. Shaq, Grant, Horry Gasol, Bynum, Odom. Gasol, Howard
Like it or not, la appeals to rich athletes. They could still pick off Melo from ny or a young upcoming pg like brandon knight from a smaller market sign and trade. Kobe is definitely scaring away atm, but as long as he gets his points and they get a top 3 pick they will survive. Other guys need to grow a pair and learn how to score without him or they're not going anywhere in this league. It's a bad situation but not AS hopeless as you'd think
