Really liking the way Mallett gets the ball out on the short/intermediate routes.

Admittedly I haven't seen every play Blue is in on. It seems he's always down for negative yards. And if he does get positive yards it's about 3 max.

I would like to give props to Barkevious Mingo's mom for coming up with the best name in the NFL.

 

Grimes can catch.

 

He's not a spectacular runner by any means... but he can hit the hole (when its obvious), and so far he's been able to hold on to the ball.

That's pretty much all you can ask for in a backup RB... I don't think he's good enough to expect Foster-like production every week.

 

They weren't going for the first down. Just get closer for the FG and not risking a TO with a high risk play.
