Should be 17 - 0 Watt pretty much gave them a TD. I will take the lead with Mallet

refs redeem themselves for calling 15 yard penalties on what should have been just running into the kickers. all is forgiven refs. for now

Mallet can make accurate passes that get there quick. Very impressive. OBrien has got to be thinking, "why didn't I do this sooner?"

Yeah those were total bs, Refs didn't help us until he got in the way. Browns Defense was just making stoopid mistakes

Even if we win this game do we really have a chance at making the playoffs? We would be 5-5 and we'd need a winning streak which haven't seen since the beginning of the season.

I am not saying tank either because it's too late for that. I guess this is just one of those years where we develop the players, barely miss the playoffs, and get mediocre picks. It sucks because this year there are actually some quarterbacks who should quickly be better than what we have.

Told you guys mallett would be much better than Fitzpatrick. The offense is so much better now, even the TEs are getting involved.

Mallett is looking Brady-like with his pocket presence and delivery.

    *patiently waiting for reps.:)

Wonder how rezdawg will flip this around and say Fitzpatrick is better.

That's why I was questioning OB because of his love affair with Fitz. Whether he was coerced or came to the realization himself, I'm glad he finally put Fitz back on the bench where he belongs.

Mallett is doing good, I'll wait until other teams have tape on Mallett to see if he's the real deal. The Colts and the Ravens games will be good litmus tests for him.

ive been so conditioned to expect that schaub/kubiak zero adjustment to the defense's scheme, its weird seeing mallet operate pre-snap.. i remember seeing yates do a little bit of it in 2011 but not like this..

It's funny how the o-line suddenly looks good with mallett under center...

The knocks on him coming out of college were whatever "off the field issues" he had and questionable accuracy especially on short and medium passes. He appears to have grown out of the former and really worked on the latter. The Texans may have gotten a real steal here. Let's hope he's the one.

One thing I like about him is he actually fires the cannon and goes for the touch down. It was ugly on the rare occasion Fitz did it. This is a game of points. A smart QB knows to throw it down field on occasion and go for it. It also helps keeps the defense honest.
