I've been impressed with Mallett but he does try to go for the home run instead of easier throws for 1st downs. I just hope he doesn't become Keenum who flashed brilliance but crippled once scouted.
Keenum was crippled once he showed he could not make adjustments at the line. Mallett has a very good grasp of this offense, which relies in part on making those adjustments. If he fails it will be because of accuracy or turnover issues.
3 plays... one tackle for little gain... and one play resulted in a sack/fumble (albeit, not forced by him). I'll take that ratio.

Exactly.Those type of calls just give plays away. At least try to get a first down. Try and put a foot on the struggling Browns neck, don't keep them in the game.
