I think the problem is Garcia went 0-5 from the three point line and Papa went 0-4.

Our depth is pretty terrible. I hope Morey makes moves at the deadline to add people to our bench

 

Thank you Harden and Howard for sparing us the knee jerk GARM threads if we lost.

 

Yeah, I thought of that too. Only difference is the Rockets had no trouble scoring that night. It was the D that sucked. And the Wizards were actually a respectable ballclub.

 

Those two ladies on the right side of Clutch (left on screen) were FINE.

 

Outside of the first quarter, the Rockets played great defense. On a night when they couldn't get shots to fall and hardly any calls went their way, it was encouraging to see them fight and claw to victory. Props to the '76'ers, too.

 

Folks are raving about Davis and saying MVP. Dwight had 21, 16, 7 blks, 2 steals. Can I hear an MVP?

 

Rockets just couldnt hit any open 3's.

They crowded dwight any time he tried to post and let the wings shoot, and they almost shot Themselves out the game

 

Like now that we won ... i cant wait for them highlights

 

I understand that, but I feel with it being the 2nd game in Mexico, all the press over there, and everything else that goes into flying internationally, it couldn't have been a normal flight or game..

 

If this last year, Harden would have given up. This guy is maturing right in front of us. His offense and defense along with Dwight's D carried us to victory.

 

Garcia should be back out of the rotation once Jones and Bev are back. Papa, Dmo, Terry, and Canaan will be our bench. That's not too bad.

 

Yeah, all 2 minutes of them. Other than some Dwight dunks and Harden's game-winning drive, there wasn't much to cheer about.

First, thank heavens for the win!!

Second, the Sixes played hard and if they had played like that all the time, I doubt they would continue to be winless.

Last, Morey, please go get us a capable backup big.

 

Good teams win ugly games and learn how to grind. This team will be scary once the outside shot becomes more consistent and a reliable part of the offense. 20% on 3's isnt going to cut it.
