Dude continues to surprise me. He made a SICK move to get to the basket but was blocked by Dieng. Still, he has great handles. Hope someone can post a GIF of it

Right now, Pap is my favorite player on the rockets. This guy can do everything, but his passes to Howard are just fun to watch. I think Howard likes him lots, and Pap is > Parsons, or Jones at some points.

He can actually feeds Dwight without lobbing it up there for Dwight to go get it.

He does seem to always know where Dwight is on the floor. His passing ability in general is very impressive, especially for a rookie in a new league with a bunch of new teammates. And his outside shot is looking like an offensive strength rather than a weakness. If he can cut down on those turnovers and get better at finishing around the basket, he's gonna be a helluva player in this league. I just hope we hang onto him after his very short contract is up.

Well Pap has covered K. Thompson, S. Curry, D. Wade and prevented them from scoring. He has also been forced to cover a lot of Bigs and had to play center on one occasion so if anything this stat doesn't do him justice.

You are right for everything, but there were two cases, he drove in, and he could score the points by himself, but he just decided to pass the ball to Howard, who is a superstar for more easy scores. My point is that he is a great team player to make us happy from his plays, you can see this kind of case in Yao Ming too, but not many examples in today NBA. If I am Howard, I will never let this kind of player to leave my team. I will let Morey know this before Pap new contract is up.

I like Pap. He's a natural team player. I just hope when teams start picking up on his game he'll be able to adjust. For example, he like to drive left, jump in the air, suck the defense in and pass to Dwight. But soon defenses will start expecting that pass. What will be his go to move?

Wouldn't that mean that they won't try to block his shot if they play the pass? If teams start adjusting for Papa, that only means that is one more player they have to worry about. It's still a win-win for us.

Last night against the T-Wolves Kostas threw a pass to D-Mo in the post that initially looked off. It's at 1:17 at the end of the video.

Instead of making a simple entry pass to a covered teammate, Kostas led his receiver away from the defense just like a QB would make a receiver stretch out in order to lead him away from a big hit.

Nothing new - just more Awesome court vision and BBIQ.

I'm loving this kid. I hope he continues to adjust to grow and adjust to the NBA. He has so much of that Ginobili like craftiness in his game. So much grit. Let's just hope he can get his shooting percentage up.

This. That was a sick pass from a very skilled passer.

Pap reminds me of a SF version of Scola when he first came in the league. Still finding his way with the speed of the game, but full of hustle, smarts, and heart.

Never seen this block mix for Papa before. Hope to see more of this as he adjusts to the league!

Beyond the obvious skills, there also lies a treasure trove of intangibles. K-Pop is always talking out on the court, and is typically the first help a teammate off the floor. His passion and flair for the game makes him a joy to watch.
