    McHale admitted he played some guys for too long last game and needs to substitute quicker! I'm impressed he's owning up to his mistakes, which is special since rotation has been one of the positives this year.

    In McHale's defense(and I don't use that phrase often), the team was missing 3 starters. He didn't exactly have much of a choice but to increase the guys' minutes.

    I agree. An argument could be made for giving more time off to Harden, but it would have not changed the outcome of that game at all.

    Defense is about team buy in. Parsons has been the major culprit the last couple of seasons. His various mental defensive lapses are numerous. Lin just did not have the lateral quickness necessary to stay with these NBA point guards. Coaches cannot force defensive buy in from players. It is up to the GM to get rid of the recalcitrant players and Morey did just that. Lin and Parsons are gone. Top five defense this season if people can stay relatively healthy.
