you cats are trippin! Portions may be a douchebag, but dude is super cute... ultra shaggable.. #nohomo
i thought the rockets did corny stuff but first the 'run DMC' and now 'chandler and chandler' that **** is super corny
Well, at least some people are happy with Cuban spending cap space on fool's gold http://www.dallas-mavs.com/vb/showthread.php?p=1359151
Reality\ The funny thing is this: He sucked up to everyone to get the limelight- What he is realizing is after he struck it big he became a dick, all the people that thought they had an idea of who he was saw how wrong they were. All the money and fame wont keep the people that thought they really liked him around Chandler- from now on you will be befriending people like you- fake people, people who want something from you, people who want to use you for their own benefit goodluck, goodjob throwing all your close ones under the bus!
A suggestion for when the Mavs come to town if Parsons is still struggling: instead of booing when Parsons has the ball, how about everyone fake-laugh instead.
[rQUOTEr]Portland, Dallas, and the Question of Defense ... The news isn’t quite as good in Dallas, where the Mavs rank 26th in points allowed per possession and last in defensive rebounding. You can’t chase a ring like that, even if you bring the best offense in the league — as Dallas does right now. The Mavs have generally gone small when Nowitzki sits, and those groups, with Chandler Parsons or Al-Farouq Aminu at power forward, are getting slaughtered on the glass. The team starts only one plus defender, Tyson Chandler, and almost every guard in the rotation is undersize. Rick Carlisle has a tough juggling act on his hands. He could use another good defender in the starting lineup, but given their salaries, it’s hard to see either Parsons or Monta Ellis coming off the bench. Carlisle will have to get creative staggering the rotation, finding minutes on the wing for Aminu and the recently unearthed Jae Crowder — and experimenting with bigger lineups when Nowitzki rests. Carlisle broke out the Brandan Wright–Chandler combination over the weekend, but Dallas just doesn’t have a true power forward behind Nowitzki. Good news: It’s a long season, and Carlisle is the league’s best tinkerer. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/t...ature-clearing-up-some-big-picture-questions/[/rQUOTEr]
Jae Crowder really had some good spells last year. They may have to give him some more minutes at the 3.
Isn't this kind of silly after just 3 games? His career % from 3 is pretty solid -- it's just a little slump. Unless... unless he's still gaining weight.
They CANT bench Parsons. He would flip, Fegan would flip and the whole purpose of signing him would look worse than it already does. If they were truly smart they would utilize the asset of Dirk+any value that Tyson Chandler could bring and attempt to rebuild. Tank this year and build around Parsons as a 3rd or 4th option.
Not that I disagree, but can you imagine that meeting? "Dirk, we want to thank you again for signing on the cheap. Unfortunately, this made you more tradeable for draft picks than we ever possibly imagined."
I remember absolutely laying it into Chandler Parsons last year and calling him out for being the suck that he is. Where the hell are all his defenders now? Where is everyone who said I was an idiot for saying Chase Budinger could get the same stats in CP's role. I'd lover to serve a big slice of "I told you so" to all the sycophants that rushed to defend CP.
I don't know that I've ever seen a slip simultaneously Freudian and culinary. Cruel of you, given that Chandler is struggling with both his weight and also his once sexy image.
This sounds like the Parsons that played here except without Dwight and Harden to shoulder the blame. There's no way Mavs fan is going to look Dirk's way so its all on Chandler now. We can relate, Parsons will end up being their version of Jeremy Lin. Overpaid and expected to perform way beyond his abilities.
Truth is we Rockets fans loved Parsons, almost irrationally because he was home grown and looked past a lot of his weaknesses last year, especially his defense
