He can't be so cavalier about it this season. If it takes 50+ wins just to make the playoffs, you can't forfeit all these games this early on. What happens if the Spurs suffer a serious injury later in the year and are in the middle of the pack in the West? Better to at least try to keep pace with the top teams right now and then worry about resting guys after the All-Star Break if necessary.
Pops will be fine. The Spurs got tons of open looks against the Clippers, they were mostly just missing the shots. Outside of making the ball go into the hoop, their offense was actually pretty solid. As for the Clippers, those turn overs were really, really bad. They basically gave the game away after leading for most of the game.
65-37 overall Raptors Bucks Grizzlies Kings Blazettes Spurs (if they play Parker, Ginobili & Duncan) Warriors (if Pop sits the oldies)
Spoiler Chris Palmer sending out a mother****ing Twitter DM quiz to check on his sexting game. Laugh out loud funny. Look, Chris, I’ve never pretended to be a sex expert. There’s no area of it where I’m even proficient, let alone excellent. But here’s what I do know: If you have to ask, the answer is no. Another thing I know is that if you’re sexting, she is most certainly not having orgasms. Some girl tells you that she’s wearing sexy lingerie and fingering herself on a Monday afternoon and you believe it? Still believe in Santa Claus, dude? The sexiest thing a girl has ever done while sexting is eat a pint of ice cream. But lucky for you, Chris, you were definitely hacked because pleading with a girl for validation of your sexting game would be really embarrassing.

It is not that whenever they need a win they will get it. They could've lost the last SAS-LAC game. I've no problems Pop rests some players when they are really tired. But the last time with Rockets when they played only 3 games in 10 days? I had to shake my head and thought that was Pop threw in the towel for that game.
https://twitter.com/latimessports/status/532316610732646400 Wayne Ellington's father was shot and killed. He is taking a leave from the Lakers. Sad for him. Also not good for the Lakers. Ellington has done pretty well for them and neither Wes Johnson nor Xavier Henry has been all that good.
"Schadenfreude Nite." I look forward to Portions, Lakers, Spurs, and Thunder all losing. I'll only pull for Lowry.
I haven't followed another team besides the Rockets since the Chris Webber Sacto Kings. My intense dislike for Chandler Portions has me anticipating Mavericks games. I take three showers a day now because of the thin layer of slime checking the Dallas Mavericks NBA schedule leaves on my body...
This is Parsons time! Tyson is out with foul trouble, wont clog lane. Ellis out with foul trouble, more shots available. They should run some pnr with Parsons and Dirk.
I have to say I was wrong about Klay Thompson. I thought it was a no-brainer to trade him for Kevin Love. But now I am not so sure. Klay is pretty damn good.
