There is no need to bring SwoLy into this, I speak for myself! You obviously have a warped idea of what is right and wrong ACCORDING to the law! If you overlooked what Phreak3 brought to the conversation, here it is once more http://nypost.com/2014/11/10/subway-brawl-breaks-out-after-man-slaps-woman/ Did you understand what you read? 8ball was charged with misdemeanor assault AND the girl with felony assault! Both were at fault, at least according to all the SwoLy jrs. in New York that filed the charges! I'm not saying she didn't deserve what she got! At least we agree that she is trashy!... ....... ....... .......
Or they're just young and having an off day. Your inclination to link lifelong productivity and socioeconomic status with momentary behavior in a uniquely confrontational environment, along with your fairly transparent racial jab at their "culture," is ****ing pathetic.
It's this kind of attitude that makes people, as women think it is fine to cross lines/think they are safe for aggravation. Well done
Lessons learned and observations : 1) Don't mess with 7 foot tall dudes that look like Antonio "Big Foot" Silva. 2) At some point your mouth will write one too many checks it can't cash. 3) If a dude gets on the Subway wearing an 8-Ball jacket, chances are good he's not to be messed with. Either he's one hell of a Seinfeld fan, a fan of 90's hip-hop culture, or straight up nuts. Reminds me of the 3rd grade bully in my elementary class, Audrey who everybody was scared of... the girl could kick everybody's butt. Everybody was scared of her ... everybody except Crazy Matthew... Matthew was straight up nuts. Dude played with puppets in class. Audrey tried stuff with Matthew and Matthew jumped on her and started ripping her hair out like a rabid orangutan. Matthew was a hero that day. Grissom Elementary represent! 4) Was the dude that 8-Ball had in a headlock at the end the same dude that was in Color Me Badd and looked like a 9 year old girl with a 5 o'clock shadow? Some of you guys must know what I'm talking about! Watch the All For Love video! 5) I'm not gonna lie. That slap hurt me. 8-Ball brought that hand from Ukraine, drove it through London, went through New York with and put a dent in her head with it. Good Lord. That dude has some reach. I think the girl's gonna be talking out of the back of her head the way he re-arranged her. Props to her, though... she took it and stayed standing. Would love to see a rematch.
According to the law, 8ball was acting in self-defense. He's supposedly planning to sue over his arrest now. http://m.nydailynews.com/new-york/n...on-charged-sue-nyc-attorney-article-1.2008463

because this happens all the time right.. there are so many ways to be safe on public transport. its about how you approach it.
I wonder...did she go to college? It deeply saddens me to hear her throw the money card out there like that. Making fun of him by saying he cannot afford the clothes she can. I heard this all too much growing up as a poor kid. People made fun of me because I couldn't afford the Fila or Jordan shoes and the Guess pants or Polo shirts they were wearing. But then when graduation came along, those same people said they "couldn't afford" college. BullS$iT made me so angry...how dare someone say they can't afford college when they're wearing expensive clothes and driving a new mini-truck. When you value your clothes over your future..you're doomed. She'll never make it in life with her attitude and I don't feel sorry for her one bit. The guy stood there and took it for long enough before giving her what she deserved.
I love the simplicity of this statement. This should be typed up and inserted into Chinese fortune cookies. I love it.
http://nypost.com/2014/11/12/man-whose-epic-slap-went-viral-has-charges-dropped/ Charges against 8-ball have been dropped, and his lawyer is pressing charges on his behalf.
