The system in Dallas is almost the same as Houston's, there's no play calls, lots of screen flexes, drive and kicks, the one obvious difference is we run Dwight out of the low post whereas they run Dirk out of the high post, but beyond that, there's basically a heavy dose of much the same things, this isn't Memphis to San Antonio here, and like we had last year, bringing in a bunch of new players means its going to be simpler than hoped.

i think parsons himself knew he wasnt cut out for this job. but he saw the money and fame and jumped for it. even if it damanges his image, in the end. hes still going to be a rich SOB who can buy whatever he wants.

I think the 20+ lbs he put on is definitely changing his shot. His feel for the ball has to be totally different.

Jesus, you're more of a ******* clown every day- you equate Parsons with a 7-time champion? Hilarious.

That could very well be the reason why he's not shooting well. I remember when Yao put up some pounds, it took him a few months (?) to come back his to his previous shooting form.

Funny part is that Mavs think he's still sick.

Maybe his illness is the metabolic syndrome. Gotta check those blood sugars before I go out, brah.

Doesn't look too happy right now for someone that left Houston so easily...

I would be a 7 time champion too if I played with a prime Hakeem, Shaq, and Duncan.

Parsons is going to show the world he is a star, not a role player.

    Bigger fish to fry bro.

That Mavs defense is every bit as bad as we expected it to be. You can't run that many bad to terrible defensive players out there and expect otherwise.

Miami shot 55% today, and opponents are now shooting about 50% for the season. Overrated team is overrated.

Classic gambler's fallacy by Parsons here.

The law of large number says that his numbers will approach the mean for infinitely large sample space.

82 games might not be a large enough sample space for him to approach it.

He could still shoot 30 something % for the entire season.

But thats regular season. No one care about regular season.

Playoffs are the real true stories.

I've said it many times: they lost the #5 three-point shooter (Calderon) and Carter as well. Their 3's will go down this season. Tyson Chandler's numbers were barely better than Dalembert's last season. They hardly got better.

Yeah! They should find the guy who let old Luol Deng go off for 30 and give him what for!
