LOL, the same thing happened at our house (though don't want folks thinking we are a violent family ). I really don't like the Beth character... whenever I see her I can't get the Walking and Talking Dead YouTube by Bad Lip Reading. The clip where she is with Darryl is too funny. They also lampooned her singing (and sure enough... it was brought up again in last night's episode... sure glad she just hummed instead of broke out into singing).
Pretty lame Bethisode. Really creepy how they had that cop try to feel up on her, too. I know the actress is in her 20s, but she's supposed to be playing an underage teenager. It's also annoying how she does the big puppy dog eyes to look scared. Beth is quite the marksman, hitting perfect headshots in complete darkness and also getting 20+ yard kills one-handed. Another acting quirk I hate is Rick's slouch, chin-down staring up lecturing while rocking back and forth and making everything sound like a question.
The first half of the episode was very slow, but I guess I'm in the minority here that really enjoyed the second half and overall I'd say it was better than the majority of episodes from last season.
i couldn't believe she was in her 20's think shes 28 or 29...she was on talking dead and i went holy hell she looks 15. episode obviously lacked the action/drama...still left you hanging...who are those people and wtf kind of weird setup is that.
I shouldn't be surprised at the forced danger in the show anymore but how the hell do you crash into another car, flip a bus when there's no other traffic in the world!
I think Eugene said he put something in the engine that caused it to malfunction Eugene's admission makes sense given the show has never offered the slightest hint that their may be a solution.
Yeah he sabotaged it but the crash and flip/fire were so ridiculously unnecessary. I hope the writing doesn't go south again
I seriously doubt it. It's an extremely overused trope in screenwriting to have the dead not dead cliffhanger.
Freakin' Eugene. Just couldn't keep the drive to the Hamptons going when he realized how crazy Abraham was acting. Abraham was so over the top with moving forward. I thought his back story would explain why he had such a sense of urgency, but didn't see the connection there.
Well essentially he murdered those dudes who raped his wife and daughter. The wife decided to kill her daughter and herself. When he is about to commit suicide, he found someone and something else to live for. He used the mission to repress his grief over what happened to his wife and daughter. The thought of not moving, of creating emotional connections with other people and processing what he went through was too much for him. I think the urgency was in part to get to Washington to help stop the epidemic which brutalized his family.
Well, Eugene kind of gave Abe's life purpose. He was ready to off himself because of his wife and kids when Eugene stumbled upon him. Abe getting them to DC is how he's coping with the loss of his family. And then when Eugene admits to being a fraud, the thing that kept Abe going is suddenly gone.
