Early second rounder sounds about right .... Jones value I cant figure , some nights he's worth a lottery pick , others he aint worth a UDFA scrub.

Could they trade the pair for a pick later than 14 in the coming draft ?? Probably so , maybe even one late in the lottery .... BUT this team doesn't need picks or prospects , it needs contributors now.

Teletovic I'd take quick fast & in a hurry , Bargnani too being in the final year of his deal , he's likely what we all want DMo to be but cant produce consistently .

Teletovic probably comes with a hefty price tag (More than T.Jones and Dorsey for sure) being a cheap contract relative to production , Bargnani a bit less but I don't know if the team has the contracts to match salaries being he makes $11.5m. He's a guy you could make a run at near the trade deadline if you use the full Lin TPE now and that contract becomes tradable 60 days later. Both are in the final year of their current deals ....

Foye is someone who jacks up shots in the 4th quarter of a blowout to pad his stats. The issue with this isn't the type of skillset he has vs. someone like Ariza. The issue is whether he's actually good enough to play against top competition that we'll be facing in the playoffs.

He is a combination guard that can score. He shoots 3 because that what he does. I like player that play THE WHOLE GAME. Maybe the issues are with the coach --> he should pull him out. If he can hit OPEN shots and play DEFENSE --> he would look really good as a Rocket.

This team does need another pick to replace the Lin pick and use as a trade greaser going forward. That's why I keep bringing it up. If we could squeeze a first rounder out of someone in either 15 or 16 then we could afford to bring in a contract like Ilyasova or Ryan Anderson. We'd have a pick to ship them out with to open up cap space if we needed it. Without getting another pick we are left with two choices: trade for expiring contracts or tap out on 2015 free agency.

Bargnani would be an interesting fit as well. But at $11.5 million it'd be more difficult to acquire him without throwing in Terry or KPap, which I really don't want to do right now. I didn't like the Terry trade at first but it is obvious to me in just a few short games that his stroke is still there even if he is a little gimpy on the defensive end and his stroke is so good it mitigates any defensive weaknesses he has. Really don't want to trade him or KPap and one of them would have to go out in a deal for Bargs. For that reason...Teletovic makes so much more sense.

Yes, but acquiring Mirza Teletovic is harder IMO.

Not salary wise. But asset wise perhaps. Nets might have no interest in moving him if they are top 4 in the East.

I actually wouldn't mind a straight up Tjone/DMo trade for Patpat or Marcus Morris right now LOL, I'd even be willing to give up low assets like 2nd rounders. We need scoring at the PF position really badly, and while Tjones has nights when he puts up numbers, Patpat can both stretch the floor and provide solid D and MM is just a straight up better iso-scorer. If we can get either of those two I think we're set.

Teletovic can't play the 5, he's barely 6'8. Rather just bring back Adriens if Rockets want a D minded 4 with mid range game, he's easier to acquire and already knows team.

If not Bargnani, then Jason Smith. A 7 foot PF who can also play center in limited minutes. Only problem is that Knicks actually want to keep this guy.

If he's not worth NOP pick and Capela he can't be that good.
Capela is basically a stashed euro player that may or may not pan out. Every team has one of those. Not too much value. Sure the pelicans pick might be lottery this year, but it'll be last or second to last, and what's that worth to our team now?

you can put on the table for a trade in dmo, capela, and daniels for dragic....then trade dorsey if you can for a pick, then get okafor or camby as free agent signing.

Why would the Suns want to trade their best player for a bench 4 who can't catch the ball half the time, a d-league star/NBA 3rd sub, and a very raw player who may or may not become something at one point? (Nothing against DMo and Daniels, but let's be real).

    D Mo and Capela
    FOR
    Foye

Opens a spot to bring back J. Adrien for his 28th tour as a Rocket; fills in most of the gaps. We gain more flexibility

    DMo 1.5 per / 2years
    Capela 1.7 per / 4years
    FOR
    Foye 3 per / 2 years

Denver gets the promise of power forward to complement Faried on the cheap.

Milsap doesn't fit in the TPE. He's $9mil next year.

What's the fascination with Randy freakin Foye? And to give up DMo and Capela? Really? We'd be even more thinner up front than now. My goodness. Some of these trade ideas are ridiculous.

Adrien is not a replacement for DMo who as much as we might want to upgrade is providing quality minutes at the 4 & 5 spots.

We really only have a 3 man rotation at the 4/5 (outside of going small with KPap) , in any dead involving TJones or DMo , you absolutely have to get a quality replacement in return.

Before you mention Black , he isn't good enough for anything but spot minutes.

Why are you guys discussing trades for pfs and sgs? The most urgent need is for a backup rim protector.

    Hou:McCrary, Perry Jones, Reggie Jackson
Okc: DMo, Cappela, Canaan NOP 1st and whatever else...

Win for both sides...If okc don't make playoffs and NO don't that's two lotto picks...D Mo could be great as backup there to replace Collinson and make an attempt to space the floor....Capella can learn from Ilbaka a few years...Canaan would be a perfect sixth man for that team..we do it to go all in this year and next...Also finally get a big three...

Reggie Jackson, harden, ariza, Jones, Howard
With Bev. Terry, Kostas, Perry, and Black/McCary as main backups
