A&M is too inconsistent to be a good team. Kyle Allen played well, but I refuse to overreact to his performance (like everyone did for Hill).
Oh I'm right here, chap A&M was gifted that game but I do give them credit for hanging around close enough to capitalize My point still stands 100%. A&M was rated in the top 10 earlier this year -- they were CLEARLY overrated, as I said.
It was a highly entertaining game. A strange game, but highly entertaining. And I think this Aggies QB is going to be very good.
This win doesn't change the fact that A&M can't compete in the SEC. Look at their three games against ranked teams before Auburn. This game doesn't change my perception at all.
A big lulz coming from the guy who was so sure they would end up 6-6. What a dip**** you turned out to be.
Yes because in 4 games played AT Auburn and Alabama in the first 3 years in conference, the Aggies are 3-1. Obviously a school that can't compete.
There will be plenty of days in the years to come to rag on the aggies. This is not one of those days. No one is going to take your seriously right now considering they just beat the number #3 team.
Great win for the Ags today. The team showed a lot of improvement on both sides of the ball. This win should jump start the recruiting momentum.
Completely agree. Very entertaining. No doubt Auburn self destructed, but the Aggies should get tons of credit. Their defense improved as the game went on especially in the second quarter. Seems like they ran out of gas and players toward the end. Allen has an arm. Hill's career may be over at A&M. Sumlin and a pocket QB, interesting.
Okay Tea-Sips and other Big 12 fans - get over it man. This is honestly a bit bizarre. We just beat the #3 team on the road, and everyone shows up to talk trash? We get it, y'all think the Aggies suck and want them to lose every game forever. KA looked good. I am happy with his performance. He at least didn't flat out miss half of his passes, which is a big improvement over Hill. The offense just didn't look right with Kenny - the ball never seemed to come out when it should have, and when it did he had accuracy issues. Kyle made good throws all day yesterday, and he moved around the pocket (which was always accommodating) very effectively. He stepped into throws - on one sequence in particular when we were in the red zone, maybe the 10 yard line, it was a second down play and they brought some heat on him. Speedy got loose on an out, and Kyle stepped up into the pocket very decisively and tossed a nice ball in Speedy's direction. They didn't connect, but it showed really great awareness and poise. Did anyone else notice Brandon Williams yelling at Sumlin? He had just ripped off a 9 yard run and got subbed out. That was a bit concerning. He might have had a point, but do we have a locker room where that kind of confrontation with the head coach is tolerated? At least if he were yelling at JS I would understand, but he got right in Sumlin's grill. All in all, GG Ags. If we can somehow pull out 9 wins, I would consider this season overall a positive, horrible performances aside.
