Lol, GSW is trying to get rid of Lee because of his defense.

why havent they released what sort of hamstring injury bev has?

Did it go from grade 1 to 2? or is this just precautionary because of tightness for the long haul?

Lee is terrible on defense. Bogut's a good defender.

This time should do good for Canaan down the line. He is looking every bit the part of a legit NBAer. Plus we get a better read on DMO.

I am quite concerned about the Jones injury. He may be out for a while. Pat needs rest and recovery. Hope both will get healthy soon.

D-Mo has severely regressed. He was doing fairly well on the offensive end at times last year, and working hard on defense until he took a tail dive at the end of the season.

He needs to take personal responsibility, and to produce on the court. Cannan/ Terry might be able to hold up for a few games, but Bev will be missed.

Yeah I was scared to death of Bev being out at all but Terry/Canaan are proving me wrong.

    What an idiotic statement.

If anything Lee is their worst defensive big. The guy plays no D. In fact, that is a reason why Draymond Green is starting and will continue to start.

Bogut is head and shoulders GSW best defensive big followed by plenty others and then Lee.

This will be great for Canaan and D. Mo and it will give us an extended look and opportunity to see what we really have. Opportunities we may not have gotten with TJ and Beverley healthy. I'm looking forward to it. Canaan has played fairly well so far and really impressed me on defense last game against Tony Parker. D. Mo has struggled a bit, but now he should be able to relax. He has 2 starts under his belt and a few more without really even having to look over his shoulder much. It's put up or shut up time for him. All the minutes he has ever wanted or felt that he deserved will be served right up to him on a silver platter and all he has to do in order to get them is to be competent on the floor.

after the warriors, no tough opponent till the 17th @memphis, 2nd game b2b. good timing on the injury bug. the anal basketball gods couldnt let houston get it this good, but appreciate what they're doing, so they injure our two weakest starters during an easy stretch.

    This.

A 6-0 start give us a bit on cushion when playing against top competition (at this point one must consider the Warriors a contender). A huge winning streak is nice, but not if it risks the long term health of our key players.

Still, my prediction is that with the much improved team and individual defense, the Rockets will best last seasons record of 54 wins. Morey has some time to further improve our roster with a serviceable backup 5 and a playmaker to provide insurance in the event Harden goes down.

Guys, we are going to win a ton of games, so don't be to hanged up on any particular loss. The point is to have a better, healthier roster by May of 2015.

Should have kept Adrien and cut Garcia :( Dmo looks lost and can't find his offensive rhythm, while Cisco looks like Ronnie Brewer of last year, basketball talent gone awol.

I haven't seen opposing players go off on DMo, and his ball movement has been spectacular. I feel there should be no change to the lineup atm, we've smoked every team, don't touch.

I don't understand the Garcia hate, we all know what he brings to the table and he was one of the most prolific scorers in the FIBA tourney. Of course he has a different role with us, but you can't deny that the dude still has it.

Yes, this is exactly what every team trying to contend should be concerned about.

Smh at all the Lee hate. GSW was 4th in defense last year. Bogut missed 15 games. The Rockets could win a title with a Lee at the 4 over what they have now.
