I wouldn't call him intelligent. But yeah he is going crazy with Thompson, Rose, Carmelo and Davis as MVP's yeah right. Only Lebron, Cp3, Harden, Curry and Gasol should be in "early" MVP discussions. Lebron only because of his history, he hasn't had his best games this season but it is early.
Proof that the Lakers are tanking and Kobe is aware and cooperating. So he is, in fact, the MVP...if the goal is the number 1 pick in the 2015 draft.
Random thought... If Kobe wasn't playing for some reason in the first 5 games, do you think Lakers could have won at least 1 game or would it be more embarrassing losses? nope. if kobe passed just 20% of his shots to his open teammate, that cldve made a difference... lakers, like the rox, are over reliant on their starters... when the starters get injured, thats where if a team has real substance or not...

If the Lakers lose to the Hornets, which very possible, they have no shot at Memphis, Spurs, and Warriors. 0-10 is very possible. So the best they could possibly do is 1-8 right now.

So with Lin, Kobe's putting up over 30+ shots. With Rondo he can do over 50? My money tells me he would still tell media "I need Rondo to run the offense and be more aggressive. Play with fire etc." SMH excuses after excuses Lakers would do to sugar coat this ball hog.

I'll tell you what, a poor shooting PG is the last thing they'd need with Kobe. Lin is a better offense player than Rondo and I'm not saying he's a better player by any means. But, what's the excuse going to be this time? Laker fan, "oh look at Kirby's supporting cast, nobody can shoot so he had to jack up 60 shots." SMH its getting redonkulous. lol
