Seriously, $70 for a ticket that gets you all the way up to the rafters for our next upcoming game?? (and it's supposed to be discounted with the Citizenship Month Night code thing!!)
What are tickets normally priced at for the sections right behind the backboards? I work at HISD and those are going for between 55-59 bucks with our employee discount this season.
This. We go 4-5 times each season and always pay <$30 per ticket. The last couple of years we got to see the Blazers each time they came to Houston. Obviously that won't happen now, but there will be plenty of other opportunities. This early in the season isn't the best time to find bargains.
Is Toyota Center typically more expensive than other arenas? Went to the Mavs-Celtics game last night in AAA and sat in the lower section 20 rows behind the basket for only $38 (got to watch the Mavs almost blow a 30 point lead...so close!).
If you want cheaper tickets, look for seats behind the goals. Any seats along center court (side view) will always be more expensive because it gives the best viewing angle, even the upper levels.
Tickets are way too expensive now. Agree. Good luck getting Uncle Pennywise to lower the prices. I've already decided to not go to as many games this season because of the prices.
Well then I guess we're getting a "bargain" over here. I think it's 59 bucks for a ticket in that section for the Spurs this Thursday.
Yeah, it's one of the reasons I can justify buying season tickets. You get the same price for every ticket (I think I pay $35 each) so even when the Cavs come to town, it's the same price as the 76ers.
