Well, considering it's been 8 years since the game was announced (before the PS3 even came out) , I think we are almost there - which would mean a release date of 2018 Really though, I think the game will come out at the end of 2015 for Japan, and a Western release of early 2016.
Figured I'd just post this here instead of the TGS thread... Demonstration of FFXV: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/jGYHpvvRHUA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> SKip to around 22:45 for the start of it. Shows of the combat system and some of the visuals. Different area from the trailer (looks to be an area similar to the *first* trailer, all those years ago). Some info from this presentation: In other news, MGSV has a dog...wolf...dogwolf...wolfdog...creature: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/OJa1b7MtGXs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Took an hour because the Walmart employees had no idea what I was talking about, but I traded in Destiny + Last of Us and got $107 trade in credit. Purchased NBA2k15, Minecraft and a $20 psn card. Walmart is running a promotion when you trade in two games and purchase NBA2k15, you get a extra 50% trade in credit. The guys at the store kept telling me it's a deal only online and the trade in credit isn't the same as the website, but it is. Don't let them fool you.
^I want to get NBA2k15 eventually but gonna wait on the black friday deal I'm sure they'll have where its usually $35 or $25
Haha, naw man I'm still putting in work on Destiny even though it is frustrating at times. Have you had a chance to play 2k15 yet? Please tell me they fixed the online cuz it was horrid last year.
What's up with 2k15 basically forcing me to play heat vs spurs?!?! Basically tells me to press X and then straight into the heat/spurs game. No main menu, kind of frustrated because I don't wanna play as either of them.
Just a teeny bit. Online is still horrible, looks like 2k still have yet to invest in more or better servers. The overall game is a improvement over 2k14. From what I noticed, it's not super difficult nor do you have to score 30+ points to get a A+ rating in games now. You'll get rank for spacing well, defending even when the opposing player isn't handling the ball, ball movement etc. The way your myplayer rookie starts out is much improved. I don't want to spoil it, but you'll find out when you play. My only gripes are the servers being down, might take a couple of weeks to months for them to stabilize and the long load times. Don't remember if 2k14 took this long to load games (prob did). The game is still installing. After you download and install the patch, it takes about 20 minutes to install the rest of the game before you can access all the features. For some bizarre reason, there isn't a progress bar for the install on disc installations. You'll know when it's completed when your NBA2k15 disc stops spinning.
I'll probably get it at the end of the month. I'm still playing destiny a lot (can't wait for expansions and I still haven't finished the vault of glass), and I have to pick up sunset overdrive for xbox also.
Go to www.walmart.com click on weekly ad on the top, then click on current ad and you can find it in there. If walmart has the printed ad in store, you can just take that and show it to them. You probably want to make sure your walmart accepts trade ins before you go there and check the value of the games you're trading in as well. https://walmart.cexchange.com/online/home/index.rails
I cant find it anywhere. I wonder if it is done. I tried looking at the weekly ads for a few different stores. Only thing I saw with NBA2k15 was them selling it for $59.96.
Anyone else try PlayShare yet? It is pretty amazing. I played a couple of games of 2k15 with a friend online and he doesn't own the game. Worked flawlessly.
I'm surprised no one talked about it till now. I think it's an amazing feature. Here's a neat commercial I found a week ago from a gaming site. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/UVi1NM6DZUc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
There's only 1 limit; there is a 1 hour time limit after which it plays an ad. With that said, you can simply start up the share session right away and carry on from there like nothing happened. A few of my friends tried it out when it initially came out, I'm told there's input lag on par with the Playstation Now games. Only one of them had an amazing connection though, can't speak to 2 people with very good ones. Note: I was initially wondering about the legalities of this with copyright issues becoming so prevalent. Apparently developers/publishers can flat out choose to not allow their games to be shareplayed. I believe there's a couple games currently out that will not allow you to do it.
Nope. It was just like he was in the room playing on another controller. It just streams my screen to his I guess. We didn't reach the hour mark. I just kept inviting him after each game because I had heard about the 1 hour limit but it was no problem at all. We only tried with 2k15 though.
