what is interesting to me is that the pelicans have more talent, but the kings are playing better. Boogie and Gay are pretty potent at this point. However, I wonder how much of Gay's play is due to a contract year. That's kinda what I get sick of. Players playing for contracts and once they get it they relax and dont give their full effort the next season.

The Pelicans don't really have a way to get high percentage shots that aren't some Davis high flying act, their 1-2-3 is all pull up jumpers, Davis shoots about 35% away from the rim, and Asik is well, you know, so where do you even go for late game? Rip out Asik and try for some screen plays for Anderson?
