Canaan has a chance to earn some real playing time with a good performance tonight

 

So far yeah but he's a second year player at the position that takes the longest to develop.

Time to see just how good he is. I am excited. Good opportunity for him.

 

you can't develop PG savvy when there's nothing to work with there. the only reason he's slotted at PG in the first place is because he's 1/2 foot too short to play SG. unless he's hitting his 3's, he's useless on the court.

He's a very good offensive player. I think he's going to struggle defensively, at least for a while. But offensively, he'll be productive and efficient.

is root sports up yet? or is this game still only available via comcast? League pass has free week preview, so I assume the Rocket feed will be blocked for local market reasons, would the boston broadcast be available you think?
