That's my only concern with PBev. He knows one speed.....full throttle and he does get injured quite a bit. It's great he recovers quickly, but he's definitely been injury prone in his short time with the Rockets. Love his passion and hope he has a great season (and stays healthy).
I agree. He's like McHale in that regard. Tough as nails as a player, but a price is usually paid. Just watch Coach limping along the sidelines, decades after retiring. You had to pry him off the court with a crowbar. That's a bit worrisome, as McHale is the guy who says if Bev takes off his sweats and strolls out there to play.
I wouldn't mind trading for PG help. Maybe Morey can convince a GM that D-Mo is somehow not a scrub and actually worth something.
I think it is possible for D-Mo to play better and to increase his low current trade value. Let's hope for the best.
If Bev doesn't play, would Nick J be Canaan's backup? That might be fun, and I would prefer Beverley not rush back so early. We don't need him to have one of those "lingering" injuries that last the whole year.
Johnson needs to gain experience in the D-League before he can be a productive player. I don't know if the Rockets will call him up because of Beverely's injury.
Johnson is not ready yet to play at this level. Canaan might be. Throw Canaan in and see if he can swim with the sharks.

Neither Johnson, Capela or Dorsey can play an NBA game efficiently or at all. Garcia is a veteran but he is inconsistent and his Playing Time is going to be inconsistent or he will not see any barring injuries.
Who will play back-up SG, Troy or Garcia maybe? If Garcia cannot get playing time with a guard out, he will never see the court this season.
