When asked about their offensive issues, Kobe said in an interview that he thinks the Lakers need to score in transition more and hit some 3s.

I am counting down the days when the Lakers fire Byron Scott and rehire D'Antoni. :) They are still paying the dude, right?

Anyhow, I suspect that the Lakers get OK offensively after a while, but I don't see how they get to even league average on D without significant player moves.

can anybody post the highlights from tonight ? solid game way better than last horrible 2, guess kobe got in his head with "lin needs to run offense comments" and he said F it I'm not going to play scared anymore.

CP was passive, went 2/9 and lin was holding him most of the night.

Wow, Lin played surprisingly well...on both ends of the floor.

Time to stop watching Harden--I mean, Kobe--and just take it upon yourself. Point in fact: Kobe went 1 for 7 in the fourth quarter and basically lost the game for the Lakers. Lin might have taken some of those shots (also he got fouled on that supposed "block" by Deandre Jordan; should have had 2 free throws, could have been the difference in the game).

Anyway...let's see what Canaan can do tomorrow against the C's.

I rarely watch highlights in general, but surely youtube->search->Jeremy Lin should get you the answer you need.

this was what was so difficult with Jeremy in his time here - he is a fantastic player but the inconsistency from game to game was maddening... he has the ability and the tools but just defers too much

Get use to it Lakers , Lin always gets hammered and refs turn the other way. It happened in Houston too.

The Lakers look better on offense but their defensive deficiencies are still obvious.

The offense has more of a flow to it. Lin better. Boozer and Hill actually passed well from the elbow in those Adelman-type sets. Jordan Hill also got hot shooting Js but I doubt that's sustainable.

But they still let the Clips score a ton and their entire front line got in foul trouble. Griffin just beasted Laker bigs. If I were Mitch Kupchak I'd look into getting Jeff Adrien.

Everyone in the league is fantastic if we disregard their inconsistencies.

I have seen Alaa Abdelnaby score more than 30 points quiet a few times.

    Lin's weakness: Mental.

Going up against his former team, resulted into a bad and terrible game. Playing against the best point guard in the NBA and putting up good numbers against him? That's clearly a mental thing. Not saying he is becoming a beast of a player, the dude is still mediocre at best but clearly it's mental.
