LOL, yes never mind that Al Jefferson, Paul Milsap were on that juggernaut that managed to squeeze into the playoffs. I'm sure Hayward,Favors and Burks are the main reason they made it in.

Interesting to see how two different GM's from the Rockets GM tree have worked to rebuild in Sam Hinke with the 76ers and Dennis Lindsey with the Jazz.

Nice to know the Jazz won't be relevant for the next few years.

With Burks, Exum and Hayward in the locked up in the back court long term this could make Burke expendable, wouldn't mind picking him up.

He has the talent to be a 20+ ppg scorer. Could be worth it.

His FTA rate among guards was 4th in the league

one crossover in preseason on kobe and he gets this fat contract. hes been strugling the past couple seasons especially his rookie season. i understand hes alot better this season but not enough to justify that much money.

He is pretty good. I think that's a totally fair contract. He's still getting better and is super quick. His trajectory already puts him at the production of a Jamal Crawford but he could bump it up to be in the Demar Derozan class as a scorer.

$10mill/season really isn't THAT much anymore.

I thought it was explained on this board, maybe by Plowman, that Morey wanted to keep Gogi but Les vetoed to sign Lin instead for potential marketing/business reasons, no?
