    Who/what is Captain Marvel? And Ms. Marvel is an Fox license I'd think.

    Captain marvel = ms marvel, her rank is Captain.
    She's on par with Thor strength wise last I checked, or just about. She gets her powers from a Kree alien (Captain Mar-Vell), and blah blah blah. She's one of the main Avengers.

    That's who she gets her powers from. The initial character is a guy, but I'm almost positive she will be female. (Carol Danvers is the female version)
    She's not a mutant, no. She didn't have powers prior to Marvel giving them to her.

    I believe DC actually has a character named Captain Marvel or something also. I think they call Shazaam Captain Marvel. (It's all convoluted really)

    Marvel should up the Captain Marvel trademark. DC is the one with the iconic character with that name.

    Chadwick was good in 42. Showed a very strong sense of self. Think he'll kill it.

    I bout fainted when I saw announcements for Black Panther, Cap: Civil War, and Avengers Infinity War.

    And on the Captain Marvel carol Danvers thing. I thought she got her powers from the Kree and Rogue then stole her powers

    That's right. The Carol Danvers / Rogue thing, but she gets her powers back somehow and Rogue still exists. Pretty standard comic stuffz.

    I also love how everyone is interested in Black Panther, but no posts about Civil War and Infinity War haha. This is nuts.

    The concept art for that suit is perfection. Is this real life?! We're gonna get a Black Panther movie and it's probably gonna be really freaking good!!!

    It's truly amazing how much they've taken over Hollywood. It's just superhero movie after superhero movie...

    Then they just reboot everybody and do it all over again...
