For the people that pick Colorado what would you suggest doing? Skiing? How is the nearest ski resort from the airport. Was thinking about renting a car of just taking Taxi's
November is probably around the worst time to come to Colorado. A bit too cold for warmer weather activities, but ski season hasn't started yet fully started Unless you wanna shred some Ice at A-Basin or ski the same 3-4 runs that 5,000 other people are cluster****ed on at Breck or Keystone, etc, I definitely wouldn't recommend skiing. That being said, there is always plenty to do in Colorado, you won't be bored coming here, you might just be doing other things
I live in San Diego and IMO it's the best city in the US, BUT the Denver Broncos are Currently killing the San Diego Chargers so I vote Colorado.
You'll be around more Houstonians in Colorado in November. San Diego for sure. Nice weather, beach, taco trucks and maybe an earthquake for a quick adrenaline rush.
Not sure about when you last been to San Diego, but O.B. has its more than fair share of homeless potheads.
Same for Cal + beaches and b****es at the beaches. I haven't been to Denver, but I really enjoy the beach and good weather so i'd choose SD. Both are great choices though, I hear a lot of positive things about Colorado, I'd definitely appreciate the scenery of the mountains as well.
What do you like to do? SD - golf, zoo, beach, see Navy stuff, Pony Show in Tijuana Col- ski/snowboard, see mountain stuff like Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods, drink Coors, smoke legal pot I think I would go to Colorado and book 3 days worth of snowboard lessons and learn that for my vacay. The weather looks like it's shaping up to be a good early season. * I did this once but I cracked a rib on a skid road the first day and spent the rest of the time on Vicodin and Bailey's (pre-legal weed)
I think some of you fail to realize that the OP said, NOVEMBER...... SKIING is not really an option in November .......appalling to any Coloradoan
