    Have I been missing out on this for years? So many of the games have progressive scan 480P if you have component cables and hold the triangle and X buttons down at the same time during start up.

    SSX-3 is awesome in ED widescreen.

    I would have to buy the cables and a controller as I broke all my PS2 controllers and PS3/4 don't work. I have 4 games on the list.

    I discovered this several years ago and component cables make a noticeable difference, even for games not in 480P. The PS2 was a damn good system.

    god of war, and the guitar hero games looked a lot better when upscaled with the comp cables. definitely worth the money for the better picture if you're going to be playing like it's 2005
