Nobody knows what XSF is going to be.... people were "done" with Newton, who now is one of the bright spots. You need talent in the line... XSF hasn't grasped all the nuances of the offense, but still has the talent base needed to improve. Drafting Garopolo that high was never a consideration (especially since Carr was rated much higher)... chances are he would have been the first pick of the 3rd round. Maybe it was a total F-U move by Belicheck, which may just get them a sight upgrade in a trade.
There was some excitement with this kid named Clowney, and the possibility of him beastin along Watt. But I'm beginning to think he doesn't exist.
Chaney became HC in 88. That COY was just the usual "we didn't expect much out of you but hey you won 50 games somehow" then got summarily swept by the Lakers in the 1st round.
Two TDs in three minutes it can happen right? Sigh poor AJ just trade the poor guy already before he develops PTSD.
I do love how Manning has pretty much ensured that we are starting backed up almost every time the Steelers kick it.
What is Mallett's future? He's thrown 4 passes in his career. What does he have? When will we find out? - Gruden
Yep... the eventual western conference champs... Magic's final year. Anyways, I hate comparing basketball to football...
That's pretty damning. Give Mallett a shot, can't be worse, they have to play absolutely perfect to win, with Fitz why not see what Mallett can do?
Smith is not good at anything though. He hasn't managed the cap well either. No need for him to still be here. Need a real GM.
Pretty sure everybody except Merciless and Watt were horrible tonight. I'm including plodding AJ80, fumbling Hopkins/Foster, Gun-slinging Fitz, and Cushing the cripple.
