Sometimes takes more than a year to instill a new mindset... or at least involves getting rid of players who may never get it.

Then again, sometimes bad teams just never get on the same page no matter how good the "discipline" is.

Game. A lot of mistakes on both sides but the ineptness of the offense rearing its ugly head the most. I know Fitz is **** but I'm not really impressed with coach Bob. A lot probably has to do with Fitz being so bad that coach Bob can't open up the offense, but Fitz was his damn choice!

Fitz's performance makes Schuab look like Montana.

Guys, this shouldn't be a surprise. This team wasn't even good on paper. Never understood the crap I got about saying that in the offseason.

33 or trade up from 65. Until you get a QB you are doing nothing.
