Was getting ready to post something similar. What an absolute horrible defense - there has to be major changes.
They suck. Everyone. Everything. Offense sucks. Defense sucks. Terrible coaching all the way around. They suck. "They're young! They're young!" Yeah, no kidding! 18-22 year olds! Every team is "young". Good thing they had that Johnny Manziel guy the last two years. Good thing they got cool uniforms! Good thing they got a 'swapcopter'! Good thing Kenny Hill got a cool nickname after a game! Good thing Sumlin is being paid $5 mil! Remember when everyone said they're gonna struggle(to put in nicely) in the SEC? (Whew, good thing for Manziel!) This is more like it. 11-2(6-2) 9-4(4-4) Looking at 6-6(and possibly only 1 conference win--Arkansas)

I guess I get it, but were heading for our 3rd loss against what looks like after this week 3 of the top 5 teams in the nation. Hard to really be too down on a team when you are losing to the best of the best. One could argue that's the type of schedule TAMU is going to see every year, but before this season started there were legitimate concerns about life after Manziel and I think we are seeing that come to fruition. I'm anxious to see how these high grade recruiting classes look as they gain experience. Especially the QB in waiting.
No, but it certainly doesn't lead to mediocrity either. Nothing points to us being mediocre other than you saying so. I will say that our defensive coach needs to be gone at halftime, but this defense has talent.
