You're really good at missing the forest from the trees, the context was Duncan and his long 2's

He had one bad year of no spacing whatsoever, if it was consistent rather than a trough in an otherwise, you might have a point about a trend, you and your coin flip statistics, and actually it's a little more than 35% when you account for foul rates on shot types (which is why morey likes people to take long 2's who can shoot at that clip, the problem is, most people might get up to 40% on long 2's which in no way offsets the difference), and then really the 3 isn't a universal skill, not all 3's are equal because the distance changes, he'd really need only add a corner 3.

That's a bold statement and I can't agree with it. There have been tons of dumber posts in the past.

And I think you mentioned in your troll post that Kostas was overpaid. I think his contract was structured specifically as a potential trade throw-in. The money would help us get a Rondo or a whomever----if it should come to that.

not a troll post btw. So we did overpay just to have the ability to trade him for a higher contract at a later time. I understand if thats the case, doesnt change hes overpayed.

Why should I love Horford if I love Cody Zeller?

Actually the lakers are overpaying for Jeremy Lin. We got his at $5M per year (although I do concede we gave up a low first rounder to get rid of him).

Why hasn't Aaron brooks resigned with us yet? Isn't that a yearly requirement?

But we got a better first rounder for Asik! All's good.

Difficult to take anything serious from non-contributing members.

Kind of like the disdain you would feel when your brother-in-law lives with you and adds nothing to the situation but will suck off you for as long as he can.

Geez people here are so damn petty.

Here's a fact.... If you've posted on a website 2,000 times in the past two years and probably have given it 10x as many web clicks, YOU'VE CONTRIBUTED to the success of that website.

Some of you guys are worse than a bunch of middle school girls with your need to be in the cool club.

That being said, I absolutely recommend contributing to the site as it helps keep the site free of an exorbitant amount of pop ups and advertisements most forums have. Clutch and co have given us the option of contributing to keep that down or not and opting for the alternative. Operating a site with this much traffic takes a little more than you'd imagine.

For the 100th time, people have donated and have not received contributor status. I have donated and haven't received the status and have never been able to get an answer as to why or if there is a minimum required donation to receive it.
