Wallace told me this week that he'd become an Ole Miss fan since making a trip there as a freshman from Pulaski, Tenn. He loves getting encouraging texts from Rebels legend Eli Manning.

Over the next 10 years we play Notre Dame, USC, Ohio St., LSU and Michigan. One big out of conference game per year.

The only offense that Ut defense can't stop is the UT offense. Pathetic.

The defense played like crap but the silver lining is that Tyrone Swoopes looks like he can be something.

 

Does look like Swoopes is gaining more confidence and accuracy in his deep balls. It bodes well for his future, but we'll see if he remains the starter. I think we are seeing positive growth in the team as the weeks go by.

 

I'm not sure why everyone was so quick to crap all over Swoopes earlier this year.

 

People were crapping Swoopes because of last season. He should not have played last season because he was a true freshman from a 1A school.

 

The defense was awful, no question about it, but did anyone know that Mark Mangino was Iowa State's Offensive Coordinator? Kansas should never have let him go.
