That PI call on TCU..... Terrible.

Baylor did worse on tcu's fourth down.

Incredible come back none the less.

Terrible PI call at the end there to save Baylor's drive but cmon TCU you can't be giving up 24 pts in the last 6 mins of the game. Helluva game though.

What are the odds MadMax goes to jail tonight???

So we're gonna just forget about the bs fumble after the blatant facemask. One call doesn't determine the outcome of the game.

    Blown call? Two of them.

One against Baylor as they committed PI.

And wasn't PI against TCU at the end.

    Two.

I went to Baylor during the Kevin Steele days. I can't believe the success they have had in the past 5 years.

One two or eight. TCU wasn't stopping us in OT. They were toast.

I went when we were still pretty good. At one point we were 6-0 and ranked 6 after beating a ranked Colorado team. Didn't stay up there but Grant Teaff had us good enough that the Big 8 picked us to go with the other 3 schools.
Endured 15 years of bad but it's all good now.

yeah. 18 year old kids should stop having so much fun after dramatic victories that preserve an undefeated season at home in their brand new stadium. I'm glad this guy took the time to write this powerful piece aimed directly at the Baylor Line, comprised entirely of college freshmen. Brave and powerful stuff.

Write about something important, USA Today.

Yep..that was when they were deciding what teams would go to the Big XII, incidentally. Ranked as high as 6 in the nation that season, as you said.

And in typical Baylor fashion, lost to Rice.

My freshman year was Teaff's last season. The night I had my first date with my future wife was the day of his last game, when they upset the Longhorns at Waco. They went to a bowl game and beat Arizona as I recall. Then began the long march to obscurity.

Probably true but the refs gave you the game

The game was already tied at the time of that call...we had already erased a 21 point advantage. At best you could argue that it would have only forced overtime.

Eh - not sure Baylor fans care or should care. They were ranked in the top 10 preseason, and if they win out, they'll be in a national title game. They are already being treated like a national power.

And if some people are going to decide whether Baylor is a national power based on whether their fans rush the field, that should just make us question those people's football judgment.

Again, you probably would've won in OT but the refs gave you the win. Indisputable.

Good catch. Though, technically, if they win out (including the first round of the playoffs), they'll be in the national title game too. :)

#StripeMcLane vs. Kansas; Blackout vs. Oklahoma State

Baylor University unveiled a pair of special promotions for its upcoming Big 12 home games against the University of Kansas (Nov. 1) and Oklahoma State (Nov. 22).

For Baylor's Homecoming game against Kansas, fans will be encouraged to "Stripe McLane." Fans can click here to see what color their section has been designated to wear for Baylor's first Homecoming game on the Brazos River.

All Baylor fans attending the Nov. 22 Oklahoma State game are encouraged to wear black, as the Bears will wear all black uniforms with black helmets in the program's second-annual #EveryoneInBlack game. A special black Baylor Football t-shirt will be available in the near future at both the Baylor Bookstore and on-line.
