It was. I mentioned this before. Clowney is another guy that will need attention. JJ Watt commands a double, and Clowney may require a chip. Either way, you run a blitz and you have a RB worrying about hitting Clowney off his jump and you get a free blitzer. Reed didn't win one on one in Washington. He played garbage man and got free runs. This defense is going to be much better when Clowney gets back.
In 2 career home starts vs. Ind., QB RYAN FITZPATRICK has completed 38 of 53 passes (71.7 pct.) for 377 yards with 4 TDs & 0 INTs for 116.6 rating. Anyone feel better?

I know it says that he has an ankle injury but to me it reads Andre Johnson - DNP (Old) I think he'll be fine, or rather as fine as he can be for the game.
I also predict a loss, but a few bright spots to consider that give me hope: 1) Colts are out two starting O lineman and their Center is undrafted making only his second start = big day for Texans D lineman? (we hope) 2) HOME GAME!!! There is always a glimmer of hope at home (remember when Orlovsky and the 2-14 colts beat the Texans in Indy during our 7-0 to start season….I think I got those facts right). 3) Watt is due to go off. I mean he's been in a sack "funk"…he'll be ANGRY 4) NO ROBERT MATHIS--dude used to kill us. 5) Luck can be interception-prone. Texans one of the top D's in turnovers. Lets make magic. About all I got…the biggest disadvantage of course is Luck >>>>>>>>>>> Fitzpatrick. And sometimes that's all it takes. Lets just hope Fitzmagic shows up and not Fitztragic.
I don't think we will lose at all. The crowd is a huge factor. Luck has been average against anyone not named the Jaguars or Titans, and Fitz has a good history against the Colts. The Texans will be emotional tomorrow with DQ being at midfield to start intros. I think you will see a top notch defensive effort and the beginning of the shift towards the Texans being thought of a playoff team in the national media.
